      Pros

      Culture is spot on! No micro-managing and the freedom to be yourself and make a ton of money.

      Cons

      None that I can think of... I live pretty far away so I hate the drive but as far as the company.... it's seriously amazing.

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
