      the training is second to none-- all trainers do their best to make sure each AEP agent was as prepared as possible.

      Cons

      it is a lot of information to learn shortly- but it is definitely attainable if you pay attention and do the assignments/homework

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
