      Getting to manage your own business. Leads are given to you. Pay is great

      Cons

      sometimes the leads are frustrating to work with. Sometimes these people are cold called and then just transferred to you with no idea why.

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
