      Pros

      Company does an excellent job building employee value. I have been able to learn a variety of skills and now can diversify how I become successful within the company.

      Cons

      Can be a bit fast pace. You move around alot, I can imagine due to company constantly growing which is not all that bad.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
