If you always enjoy feeling like someone is ready to throw you under the bus, this is the job for you. The culture is unlike anyplace I've ever worked. There is no sense of team. It's all every man (woman) for themselves and they make it clear daily you are dispensable. No career development. No clear initiatives other than make more money for leadership. Sad.
