      Very helpful people, very good training, and people seem to sincerely want to help people succeed.

      Cons

      You have to get an insurance license in order to do sales if you do not already have one when applying for the job.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
