      Pros

      Work from home and decent insurance.

      Cons

      New comp plan designed to pay reps as little as possible. In a "town hall" we were told it was what needed to happen to keep stockholders happy and grow the business. What it amounts to is a huge pay cut. We were told if we don't like it there are hundreds of reps waiting to take our spots. Way to make your employees feel valued, Selectquote.

      It’s a very large company.

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
