      Pros

      Quickly growing company, especially in the senior business. Not afraid to invest for the long-term. Great vision of what customers need and where product opportunities lie. Data-driven decision making so the better you are with sql and excel the quicker you'll fit in.

      Cons

      Since the ipo, much less visibility into company inner-workings. Limited transparency.

      It’s a very large company.

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
