      Flexibility and gullible, unqualified management.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. I struggle with the morality of SQ's business model especially within the Senior Division. Switch medicare health plans to unsuspecting, uneducated seniors who made the mistake of taking a survey that provided us the "lead" to call about their medicare needs. Shameful practice and for those agents with elderly parents or loved ones on medicare I don't know how they sleep at night.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
