They hire hundreds of people making you think you found a home career, and without warning, they establish Minimum production that Should have been produced, and give impossible production requirements so they can fire 70% of the agents due to a "slow Period" but still advertising jobs for $100K ave, to $300+K. They make $575 per policy and pay sales $15 a policy then kick you to the curb
