Pros
Co-workers are great. Nice break room.
Cons
Long hours, "leads" are provided to favorite agents, every quarter the accountants come up with ridiculous metrics to take away the small commissions the agents make. Before this, things were great. Now, they have 10 different ways to reduce your pay each month. Turnover rate is insane. Management does not care because they hire in a new group of 200 agents every busy season. They fire most of them. Keep a few of the good ones to replace the old good reps. Boiler room mentality - nothing more. Awful benefits. $500 match for 401k per year. Burn and churn. Burn and Churn. There is no plan to keep employees for more than a season, or maybe two at best anymore. I thought I would retire here. Not any longer.
