Paid training and ramping time $18hr base for first 2 months, then $15. Trainers and coaches are really great and welcoming, a lot of useful tips and knowledge provided. Work from home with everything provided. The "Book of Eli"!
Cons
If the $15hr base sounds good then don't apply, you'll be fired before you come close to that performance. What salesperson would want that anyways when the (difficult) leads are provided for them? At least a few of the several team managers focus their time on newcomers with relatable sales experience and leave the ones who need their support more so to sink or swim on their own. FYI - they only keep around 20% from each training class (60-80 per monthly class), so be ready to hit metrics quickly or be gone without warning.
