      It is a job. Most positions are currently remote

      Cons

      Leadership has no clue what is going on. The pay is ridiculously low and their pay structure will find ways to pay you even less. Everything they say is designed to intentionally mislead you. You have been warned.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
