      Pros

      Very good managers, willing to work with you and accommodate life changes and balance.

      Cons

      Things change ALOT, I felt like when I first started training a lot of things were said that later either weren’t true or changed. Very much a call based job, everything relies on metrics in order to make decent money.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
