      Pros

      good global training team program. provides equipment and will take care of licenses and those extras that you spend out of pocket for onboarding. unless that has changed since 2021 that is when i was hired,

      Cons

      Florida base pay is really low went from 9.50 to 13.00 in 2022 and does not consider cost of living. Commission structure didn't change from previous yrs. There are incentives, but the base for the amt of sales before hitting those higher payouts is very low money.

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
