Pros

Work from home, great coworkers

Cons

Micromanagement, Over coaching, Constantly changing rules and comp plans to benefit company instead of employee, Lack of communication, Disregard for customers finances, Long term employees steadily leaving due to paying employees less and less, If you give a notice they dismiss you immediately and do not allow you to work it, Dishonest agents getting away with sketchy business while honest agents have to suffer, These only scratch the surface

Pros

It’s a very large company.

Cons

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
