Pros

Get pay for the AEP time period

Cons

Long work hours (14+ hours) Lots of cold calling (people yelling at you because they were confused on why they got transferred) Pay cut in half after AEP season is over with Horrible management (extremely unorganized) Took two years for them to release my license so I could work at another firm Signed me up to have multiple licenses in different states without proper knowledge about managing them and renewal information

Pros

They pay for you to be licensed in different states.

Cons

Company has no integrity. They mislead seniors thinking the life insurance is free and you are expected to make a sale. The trainers are all full of it don't believe the hype. They will fire you after 2 months and keep their favorites. People will literally tell transfer agent that they don't want any life insurance then you are expected to convince them otherwise.
