Pros

Good supportive training environment, equipment provided.

Cons

I was given two broken laptops to use, which put a real damper on my training experience. I spent three months preparing for this job...taking classes, taking test, getting license (and paying for it) getting fingerprinted...then seven weeks of paid training...but I hit the wall with the stress of unreliable equipment and expectations of working 7 days a week and up to fourteen hours a day during Annual Enrollment Period which runs October through December. You're on your own when things go wrong...and you get to enjoy having a camera trained on you throughout training, and the joy of having to explain where you were everytime the server or computer or whatever drops you. It was exhausting and stressful and I know there are many many many ways to earn an income that are more conducive to a balanced life than this one.

Pros

Any Pro I would have is outwaited by the overall negative experience.

Cons

A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
