Pros
The best thing about Sharp are the people that I work with! The management has created a culture that really works at building relationships, both internally and externally! I am treated as a professional and my input is valued!
Cons
Sharp is not a large company, so we do not have the luxury of resources that other large companies have. With the said, the size allows for greater communication between the upper management and the field. We are able to do so much more because of the high caliber of a smaller number of people!
