Pros
At Sharp I feel like part of a family. I am very happy with my position and opportunity. Like all Sharp employees, I am respected by my management and peers. HR has been supportive and works hard to drive morale through some some difficult times. Lean effective management structure makes it easy to get most things done without a lot of red tape. Good work -life balance which is very important to me and my family.
Cons
None for me but for some change is sometimes worrisome. I am an optimist who often embraces change and feel it will all be for the better.
