Pros

Good amount of information provided for helping customers. By the end of my working with them, not much else was a "pro"

Cons

We were expected to be supermen and complete everything from grabbing information about a customer and their product as well as settling issues within 8 minutes flat. Not doable when they mandated information gathering, registration of products, and completing the equivalent of a checklist before we're allowed to really address the issue.

Racial Slurs, Homophobics Slurs, Constant lies, Bullying, unprotected territories, preferential treatment for boot lickers, constant infighting between operations and sales, misleading customers.
