      Good product, Good benefits, good hard working people, good food in the cafeteria

      Cons

      The only opinion that matters at Sharp Electronics Marketing of America is the opinion of the president. The upper management is too busy trying to please the president and the president is constantly changing his mind. This creates unnecessary work overload and employees eventually stop caring about their job.
