Pros
Sharp has some of the most generous fringe benefit programs that I have ever seen in either the private or public sector.
Cons
There seems to be little thought given to succession planning and apply for other positions within the corporation. People tend to leave when there is no room to move up and to experience career growth. Also, do not try to negotiate changes to compensation and benefits before offer acceptance...it is not going to happen!
