Pros
Office culture is good. The handbook says they offer tuition assistance but specific branches can apparently choose whether to participate (this part is NOT in the handbook).
Cons
There is no room to grow. At my branch I was growing and had been bored for years, but the managers weren't going anywhere and they didn't make any options available for growth. They didnt pay the amount of tuition assistance the handbook specified. Every request from HR is likely to be turned down. Small branches so its easy for managers to play favorites, cut heads, etc. But still a corporate structured. It's like the worst of both worlds.
