Pros
Benefits, sales manager was great, admin, service and dispatch are localized and strong. Nice facility and good product and services offered.
Cons
The poor sales manager is trying to rebuild a team and is given unrealistic expectations. And "it" rolls downhill from there. Senior leadership constant negative comments about leaving early or taking vacation made for unpleasant experience. Overworked support makes for stressful environment and customers are having negative experience.
