Pros
I love the team environment, and the company values. I enjoy helping customers and doing it the right way, and that is what Sherwin Williams is all about. I enjoy interacting with customers and my fellow employees. It makes the day go by quicker, and also allows me to enjoy doing my work.
Cons
Working long and difficult hours. When you are at a commercial store like myself you are consistently doing physical labor or helping a customer. There is very little downtime. This can be difficult at times especially when you have to management and deal with other issues.
