The people on your team with the same title as you are great to work with.
Cons
The team leads are completely useless. They move the goal posts constantly, their coaching SUCKS. I was never set up for success, and then was placed on a team where I was expected to fail and was treated poorly. Constant double standards across team members, they definitely play favorites
