Nice company with good benefits but grim outlook - Customer Support Shopify Employee Review

Amazing company with incredible product

None that I can think of

- decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

- low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
