Hey, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I completely agree - it’s the people here that really make Shopify an amazing place to work. As for being on call - yeah, that is tough. I understand that teams have created flexible hours and long rotations so that on-call shifts like that only happen once every couple of months, but point taken that it’s still tough being on call like that, especially if a lot of pings come in.
