      -salary is decent -benefits are good

      -this company will drain your heart and soul and then send you packing out the door when they have a replacement for you that costs them less money.

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Cons

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
