      Shopify is a rocket ship. It’s non stop growth. People are great and the company is definitely maturing.

      A lot of change in marketing. Constant shifts and lack of alignment.

      Pros

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Cons

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
