      good co-workers and it's all remote

      Cons

      low pay, 3 chats is unreasonable for how much you need to know about the entire shopify system, and you still need to find ways to improve the merchants business so it actually feels like you are doing 6 chats at once.

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      Cons

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
