5yThank you for your candid feedback – we’ve taken it back to our leadership team and resourcing team to see what adjustments we can make to avoid this situation in the future. Simplus has experienced quite a bit of change in this past year, in part due to COVID and our recent merger and acquisition with Infosys. We are excited about what our new Simplus will look like and have seen some expected turnover in our workforce due to the recent changes.
As with any consulting company, resourcing can be challenging, but we are confident in our ability to either build up talent from the inside or find the right talent, including those with expansive CPQ knowledge, to add to our teams for both our current and future clients.
Simplus prides itself on being #1 in the Salesforce ecosystem in terms of CPQ projects.
