      Managed Services has Strong politics in Promotions Specialy on higher positions the people who gets promoted are the once that are closed with higher ops. They promote not based on performance .

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
