Who is the CEO? I think I know his name but the reason no one has an opinion of him is because no one who isn't in the big boy club has ever spoken to him. None of the management knows anything about our products and the few who do are too overwhelmed to train anyone else so no one knows what is going on. There is no job security. Horrible benefits. No HR policies. And did I mention the big boy club? If you are a female expect to be a secretary or executive assistant or you will not do well here and find that you have zero support should something inappropriate happen to you or your other female friends. All support goes to the many men in management who have no idea what is going on yet all have a fancy title.
This company is chaos. It will bring chaos into your life. Not worth the stress. Unless you thrive in a "we'll throw you to the wolves and you can figure it all out autonomously while others are trying to throw you under the bus, but we can offer a challenge!" environment, then this might be the place for you.
