Execs don't understand the space though a deep lack of experience. They claim to be many things they aren't and I don't feel they actually know they aren't. They are good at pulling in insanely talented people, but those talented people all end up leaving very quickly when they see behind the curtain. The execs also don't fight to keep the right people, it seems like more of a "we can replace you easily" mentality. Until the get their direction pinned down, learn what they're doing through a harsh learning curve and get rid of some of their untrustworthy middle management I wouldn't recommend working there.
