Slack is a great place to work. The team is incredibly smart and capable, and the market opportunity is massive. I truly believe we can reach every knowledge worker in the world, both because of Slack the product and the people who work here.
Cons
Competition and change! People love email and convincing them to use Slack is the biggest challenge we face.
