5 Stars pre-acquisition, but the experience under Salesforce has declined significantly - Internal Communications Specialist Slack Employee Review

- Overbearing, less than stellar Salesforce culture - A ton of uncertainty regarding the company's goals/direction under Salesforce - The combination of layoffs and attrition has lead to A TON of incredible talent leaving and leading to significant loss in cultural and institutional knowledge Ultimately Slack went from being a phenomenal place to work to just ok which is truly a shame. It's still a good enough place to work but it's never going to be what it was pre-Salesforce acquisition.
