      - I had a great manager

      Cons

      - Laid off the entire business strategy new hire cohort after 5 months - The managers on my project were terrible, barely focused on my role on the project, didn’t give me any work and when I tried to be proactive about looking for tasks, reprimanded me for it but also reprimanded me if they felt I wasn’t being proactive enough, and were generally rude

      A lot of opportunity as the company is well positioned with tier 1 technologies in their overall stack giving them a broader perspective to bring to the market
