Pros
You get to work on one of the biggest games, and you get to work with some very talented people. This can be a huge win for your resume.
Cons
I wasn't going to write a review, however after seeing this company post several fake reviews all on the same day, regurgitating company by lines that Michael Condrey spouts, I decided a honest review was in order. This company went through a exodus with many talented and entry level leaving after shipping Advanced Warfare. The company demanded intense crunch hours with the promise of a huge bonus for many that never showed up. The management is out of touch, and represents a lot of what is currently wrong with the 1% issues of this country. Rolling into work in new super cars and buying new houses in the bay, while entry level talent can not afford to live closer then 45mins, have to live with roommates, and can not afford to pay off their student loans. The base pay is low, but hourly so you can make overtime. A great example of their culture: They at one point moved most hourly employees to a salary without any kind of raise (so they could save on not paying overtime), eventually (3 months later) Activision HR decided this could lead to legal problems due to intense overtime, they made them switch everyone back to hourly rates.
