Pros
You get a ton of independence, many people are smart and driven, and there is a lot of growth happening so it's an exciting time to be working here. Also it helps that Evan is quite an inspiring leader and has been leading the company through COVID well so far.
Cons
When it comes to ad-tech, it definitely still has a lot of catching up to do relative to the other big players. Product challenges can be tough to work through. There is still some skepticism in the market over advertising on Snap but this is improving bit by bit.
