Bad decisions from leadership Leadership should do better job at keeping morale high Very political, you gotta make sure you're networking, making friends and are likeable. They do people dirty more than I would like. I get that a business has to make tough decisions but sometimes it seems unnecessary or they don't provide the rest of the employees a good reason why. Not good at being straight up, very passive aggressive. It's an LA mentality but in NYC it doesn't translate well.
