      ok benefits, no long term opportunities

      Management is awful! Good ol' boy network. When Sodexo receives complaints from the client about their managers they do not hold the manager accountable!! They just move the manager to another account. No wonder they are losing accounts to the competition.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
