      Salary was good, some very good people working for the company but board completely absent

      Cons

      if You are a self centered person who only cares about doing minimal to get your salary, and spending 80% of your time doing personal politics instead of producing for the company, this is the right place for you. But, if you like performing teams, result driven and meritocracy run away from this company.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
