Pros

Work-life balance is better than most companies. Depending on your manager, you can have pretty flexible working arrangements. Do your job and there shouldn't be any problems. Lots of very smart and friendly co-workers. I learned a lot and made lasting friendships. Also have the exposure to work on a global scale with customers and coworkers. 25cent items in the vending machine. Monthly breakfasts/lunches. Kid's Holiday Party. Group outing.

Cons

Very archaic ways. No internal process is easy. An organization that touts it's ability for seamless process management should not have such round about implementations for simple business processes. Little to no growth opportunity. Evidence is the many employees with close to a decade of time with company in the same or similar roles. Growing requires knowing the right person in the organization at the right time.
