Many amenities and employee perks. A very fun place to work that makes you feel like you're hanging out with friends having fun, eating, free coffee and frozen yogurt, chef prepared meals every meal of the day (breakfast, lunch, & dinner served in 3 on-site cafes). On-site car washes, attraction discount tickets, commuter benefits, all medical/dental/vision benefits are paid in full by the company for you and you get to select any medical plan you want (HMO, EPO, PPO). SpaceX also covers your life, ad&d, etc. insurance coverage costs. A great, fun place to work.
Cons
Long hours, but the environment is fun and set up to keep you comfortable and liking the work atmosphere. It's comfortable and fun and there are so many amenities that you have everything you need at work.
