      Great benefits, mental health coverage is beyond any benefit package I have ever received Great colleagues

      Extremely toxic and damaging middle management. Despite what Spotify claims, the company is still a boys club with all decisions being made by old white cis men.

      Some teams have good work life balance while other teams are constantly crunching due to requirements and prio changes

      Cons

      AI push and low comp compared to other orgs, absolutely no career growth unless you are strong playing the stupid politics games.
