      Great benefits, mental health coverage is beyond any benefit package I have ever received Great colleagues

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and damaging middle management. Despite what Spotify claims, the company is still a boys club with all decisions being made by old white cis men.

      Generally good work culture. People like what they do. Lots of cool and interesting perks.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great. Upward mobility isn't great. Feels like a lot of decision makers are resting and vesting.
