Good for your CV, nice people, good pay, flexible work environment (you can choose where you work from and how often)
Cons
It’s quite boring if it comes to type of projects you work on as a designer (as spotify is quite established and they don’t change much), a lot of meetings that could be an email, teams don’t talk to each other which makes it something very frustrating
