Pros

Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

Cons

Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.

Pros

The company does provide remote work opportunities, helpful training, and access to a large amount of leads. There are opportunities to make money if the pay structure is stable and agents are supported properly. • Strong training and onboarding • Industry knowledge and experience • Talented coworkers and managers • Opportunity to develop sales skills

Cons

The pay structure has changed multiple times since January 2026, which made it difficult for agents to plan financially or understand what they were truly working toward. Every month felt like another hurdle, with quota pressure increasing while agents were earning less. The company continues to grow and make money, but many agents are struggling to hit quota and maintain consistent income. The constant changes created stress, confusion, and a lack of trust in leadership. • Frequent compensation and policy changes • Constantly evolving quotas and expectations • High-pressure environment • Limited work-life balance • Compensation structure can be difficult to predict long-term
