Pros

Working at Sprinklr has been an incredibly rewarding journey so far—one that combines visionary leadership, a culture of growth, and a genuine commitment to employee well-being. Every day, I feel excited to go to work-- yes, even on Mondays! Here are my reasons why: 1. Leadership Our leadership team doesn’t just set a vision—they make it clear, achievable and sometimes even fun :). Their inspired, strategic approach gives me confidence that we’re on the path to making Sprinklr the number one name in the Customer Experience space. 2. Mentorship The mentorship culture here is one of the best I've experienced. My supervisor and colleagues offer guidance that sparks real growth, and they create opportunities to learn, excel, and lead. In a short time, I’ve attended a sought-after conference and advanced toward a major industry certification—all thanks to the knowledge and support woven into everyday work. Growth feels natural here (and yes, coffee helps too). 3. Work-Life Balance Challenging work? Absolutely. Overwhelming? Never. With flexible recharge days and understanding leadership, I can bring my best self to work without sacrificing life outside of it. Emergencies or unexpected parent-teacher meetings are met with empathy, and reduce stress to managing work-life balance. 4. Benefits Remote work, flexible time off, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) make life easier and more rewarding. In closing, Sprinklr isn’t just a workplace—it’s a global family that values growth, balance, and innovation. I’m proud to be part of a team shaping the future of Customer Experience—and as I said above, I love this place and am ever so excited for Mondays!

Cons

401K and Health Insurance I was a little disappointed to see Kaiser removed from the health insurance options—though I understand rising costs likely played a role. Additionally, while our 401K plan is solid, I believe there’s an opportunity to make it even more attractive. Many plans now offer ETF investment options, which could provide employees with greater flexibility and growth potential. Enhancing this benefit would align well with our culture of supporting long-term success and well-being.
